Manny and the Aqueduct team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Manny explained everything very clearly and reviewed things with me when I needed clarification. The work was done very well and the site was clean when they finished. I will be using Aqueduct again in the future, as I trust in their employees and the services they provide.

John did a great job resolving our primary AC issue and also made helpful recommendations to improve our system. John proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with different options to help improve the system with pricing. I will def use this company for future AC system needs.

Chris Costa performed the service of flushing my Navien system. He was courteous, friendly, neat & clean.

The work was done with quality and accuracy and totally professional and explained in detail all of the repairs. They thoroughly tested all repaired items to make sure everything was operating properly using hot and cold water in checking the repairs. Bayron from Aqueduct installed new Furnace and AC condenser at my house recently. He was polite and patient, always asking for permissions when switching rooms/floors, and explained things in detail when asked. The work took 2 days, and he arrived on time and cleaned up the work space very well each day. To address temperature difference between different floors, he spent a significant amount of time checking every vent on each floor and adjust the dampers to ensure temperature accuracy. He volunteered to help install and program a new thermostat I received from Con Ed. It is the end of heating season and I will see how good the system work in the coming summer and winter. But I am satisfied with the service so far.

John Harkness was responsive, courteous and understood the safety aspect, prompt in explaining the issue and service the needs.

Mike and Noelle were prompt , patient , neat , courteous and very informative about the install process. They answered all the questions we had. They were specific with their answers and assured us that any questions we had after they were gone could be answered by the home office. I was impressed with the way they handled the job.

Every time that I have an emergency I know that I can count with Aqueduct! I have used them many times and I have nothing bad to say. They are responsible, on time and professional. Mike has been at my house a few times and it is good to see him every time because I know that the job will be done right. I highly recommend their service!
