Tim was quick, efficient, and fair. Called this morning because our central air/nest system stopped working and he arrived this afternoon. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it, all within one visit. Considering it’s summertime and the humidity has been painful, our family is extremely grateful for this service.

Sean was great. He is very knowledgeable, and did his best to make sure my system was up and running quickly. I will definitely use HVAC Specialist Inc again in the future.

Two days ago I called HVAC Specialists, Inc. for getting some estimates on having my central air unit replaced. I explained to them that I needed a heat pump installed and that I wanted it done quickly as the weather started getting warmer. His response was "Yes, we can do it!". The guys I worked with were more than helpful, efficient, and quick to get the job completed. His crew showed up on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

The installers, Mark and Jason were great. They were very respectful and they cleaned up everything after they were done. The systems were put in exactly where I wanted them and they even moved one upon my request after it just did not look right where it was initially installed. They were right on time from start and to finish. I would very highly recommend them.

I started using HVAC 2-3 yrs ago when I had an emergency during Covid times. They were very responsive and helpful. Nowadays, HVAC maintains my heating and AC system and I know they’re dependable if I have any emergency. They’re good, reliable, and trustworthy!
