Nothing like being ripped off for a basic service, and then to find out it wasn’t fixed. Charged $1000 for draining an overflow pan for an ac unit and “clearing “a clogged drain line. The float switch was triggered by the initial high level of water in the overflow pan. Then three weeks later the same problem presented itself. This time I fixed it myself

He was very helpful talking us through what he was doing to solve our tankless heater problem and made sure to come back first thing the next day with parts to finish the job after diagnosing the issue. We purchased a flipped home that had a newly installed HVAC. After an uncomfortable winter in which our bedroom was overheated while our child's room was freezing, we called Aqueduct to come service our HVAC system. Luis was our technician, and he did a quick and thorough job. He took the time to show me how to install new filters and ensured I knew the correct size to purchase more. I asked about fixing our issues, and he made sure the office contacted me to set up an appointment with a "comfort consultant" right away. We identified two issues that needed fixing and agreed on a reasonable price. I was able to schedule an appointment for the work the same week.

Mike and Danny were the technicians who came to do the repairs. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job! It turned out that one of the issues (installing a damper) wasn't necessary, and they made sure the office didn't charge me for that work. Instead, they focused on replacing a poorly installed and too small section of duct with a larger duct. Danny was especially careful at the end to carry out the construction debri on a sheet. When some of it spilled, he came back with some rags and carefully wiped down my stairs. What a great service!

The result has been a well balanced HVAC system that keeps our house evenly heated and cooled. I cannot recommend Aqueduct highly enough, and I would definitely use them again.

Orrett McFarlane arrived promptly, minutes after I requested service. The parts were more expensive than I expected but Mr. McFarlane was excellent. The job was done quickly and efficiently. He also gave me some advice regarding another matter which was much appreciated.

Orett McFarlane went above and beyond the call of duty in various ways. He expedited sourcing materials/valves etc. and returned the next day to repair our shower.
