Manny and Mike are absolutely wonderful. We needed to have our water tank replaced. They were professional, kind, and patient in answering our many, many questions. After giving us a reasonable quote, they returned in 2 days and got the job done faster than they originally estimated. They were pleasant, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us, which we tremendously appreciated. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Will absolutely use them again.

We’ve been working with Aqueduct for a few years and have had positive experiences. We most recently worked with Damien for our central air system and couldn’t be happier with his service. He is very professional and courteous. He takes the time to answer any and all questions and makes sure his work is perfect.

The tech came in on Friday to the diagnose the furnace and left everything unscrewed. However, he said one part needed to be changed, and said he is going to pick it up from the shop and come back. He came back and said he can’t find the part he would order it and come back on Saturday or Sunday, but no one came. I called on Monday they told me they ordered the part and it is coming via express mail. I called again on Tuesday, and they told me the part never got ordered. I would like an estimate first before we order. This is just wasting my time, unreliable company.

I have been an Aqueduct customer for several years now. The service is fine and I actually thought quite good when they actually show up. But life is too short to chase after vendors too busy or understaffed to perform basic service. For the second time in the past two months they have canceled appointments on me the day the before they were supposed to arrive. On one occasion they just ghosted me entirely and never showed up or even called with an explanation. The most recent excuse for cancellation was their overflow call center booked a slot that they didn’t actually have. There are lots of other very good heating and cooling companies out there, if you need someone to show up and don’t want to chase them to help you with your AC needs, then suggest you try another company. That’s what I am doing.

Chris Costa was a pleasure to have in our home. He was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to request him in the future when we have plumbing issues.

We have been using Aqueduct for all of our plumbing issues for ten years. Both their office staff and technicians are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They respond quickly to emergencies and we have never had an issue with the work they have done. While all of our technicians have been excellent, Michael and Orrett handled our recent concerns, replacing our emergency shutoff valve, repairing a split hose bib, and replacing aging pipes. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. We will continue to recommend Aqueduct at every opportunity!

I made an appointment to get a quote for an outdoor spigot. Daniel arrived on time. The quote was reasonable, was offered to get job begin immediately and within 2 hours it was completed. What was most impressive was his professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely use this company again.

I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and contacted a company for assistance. When I called the Aqueduct to request plumbing services, they could schedule an appointment for the very next day. This quick response time was greatly appreciated, as the plumbing issue I was experiencing was causing some inconvenience and needed to be addressed promptly.

To my delight, they sent Daniel Marinaccio and Jake Stipo, two of their plumbers, to address the issue. I was very impressed with the service level I received from Daniel and Jake. They were both professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Not only did they arrive on time for the appointment, but they also took the time to explain the issue to me in simple terms and answer all of my questions. They worked quickly and diligently to fix the problem.

What stood out to me the most was their expertise and attention to detail. They take pride in their work, which shows in their workmanship's quality. They were both respectful of my home, taking care to protect the work area and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. I was particularly impressed with how well they worked together, showing great teamwork and communication throughout the process.

Overall, I am delighted with the service I received from Daniel, Jake, and the company that sent them. Their responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and affordability make them an excellent choice for anyone needing plumbing services.

I’ve been using Aqueduct Services for several years and just had my annual plumbing inspection. Orrett called about 30 minutes before he arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional during the inspection. He answered my questions and provided a quote for a new water heater.

My technician Orrett did a great job explaining the issue with our failed old hot water tank and did a high quality job installing the new system fast! He even took extra steps to make sure the new system was plumbed and routed better than the previous installer did. Thanks.
