Aqueduct installed a new hvac system for me. After researching several companies, I found them to be the most knowledgeable, reliable , and cost effective. They addressed all my concerns and relieved any doubts about the process. I would definitely use again.

Mike did a great job for us before so I was glad to have him back. Aqueduct has now done 4 projects for us with good quality on all.

I called them for a toilet replacement. They wanted to charge $1,200 dollars to replace a toilet. This a a complete rip off!!! This company is over charging people to the point it's robbery. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau.

Manny and David were extremely helpful. Walked me through the entire repair job and communicated the issues and resolution. I will be using their service again.

Used this company's service early this week due clogged toilet from mouthwash bottle cap. Someone came, pushed cap in, was done in 2 minutes. Charged us $425 and left us with a scratched toilet bowl. Now we need a new boiler, called this place again and got a quote of $4000, we called other places and gave us quotes between $2300 to 3000.

Way too expensive! This company is more concerned with sales than service. The final straw was when they quoted me $2k to hydro jet and camera my sewage line. After a few phone calls I learned that this is only $850 job. I went with another plumber.

THIS PLUMMER GOT TO MY HOUSE AN HOUR LATE, BECAUSE HE HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO EVALUATE MY FURNACE AND DIAGNOSED AS A SMALL CABLE THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO THAT THE PILOT LIGHT WOULD NOT GO OFF. HE CHARGED ME $625. FOR 20 MINUTES OF WORK AND THE SMALL CABLE. HE CLAIMED THAT HE HAD TOLD ME THE PRICE WHICH HE NEVER DID UNTIL HE HAD FINISHED. THEY ARE A RIPOFF AND I AM NEVER CALLING THEM AGAIN.
