Thank you to Marco from Gelber-Sons for maintenance work done on central air conditioning system. He was courteous and explained work he was doing on system. He was very diligent in doing his work and did a nice job cleaning outside ac unit to prevent shrubs/ivy from clogging up gears in the unit. Thanks again to Marco and Stan Gelb-Sons for no fuss effort and arriving on date we agreed upon.

I recently worked with Stan Gelber & Sons to source and install a mini split air conditioning/Heating system for our home and I could not be more impressed with the level of service and expertise they provided.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was seamless and stress-free.

I was a little skeptical about the aesthetics of the interior units but once they were installed I can barley notice them. They are small and quiet.

I worked with Jim as our Salesmen and he was knowledgeable and experienced in getting us cost effective pricing within our budget based on our needs and requirements.

The team was patient and responsive throughout the process, always taking the time to answer my questions and provide valuable insights.

The installation itself was flawless. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home clean and tidy. They took great care to ensure that the new air conditioning system was installed correctly and that it was working perfectly before they left. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work.

The install team was managed by Pedro and he was a great onsite manager to Richard, William, Chono and Adam. This team was professional, polite, and all genuine gentlemen.

Perhaps most importantly, the team genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the final result. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process, and I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way.

Jerry was super knowledgeable and patient. He climbed into the attic crawl space which no sales rep ever does! He recommended from experience as a parent and former tech. My CAC stopped working. It was originally installed by this company in 2011, so we called for an appt. to diagnose the problem. The air intake motor needed replacement. They sent Marco to do the repair within a few days. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, neat and prompt. He did the necessary repair, and now my house is cool again. Thank u Marco

We had a ductless heating / ac system installed. They came in like an army. They made a plan and started right away. Marco was very courteous and efficient and swiftly diagnosed our AC problem, and did his best to facilitate ordering replacement parts and explain to us the problem. The service, though necessarily unfinished, was thorough, rapid and prompt.
