We have been using Gelber for 20 years for service. We had a new system installed almost two years ago and a motor failed recently. Bob in service got us up and running in a few days. Salazar did a quick install and we are breathing again. Things are not made as well anymore and it is hard to get parts but the Gelber team is still striving to keep their customers happy.

We were very happy with the whole process, from sales to the installation. Jerry, Andrew, Kevin, Orlando and Adam did a great job. They were respectful, thoroughly efficient and neat. Guys, great teamwork. Our home is comfortable again with added benefits. It was our pleasure doing business with your company.

Marco provided excellent service for providing a tune up to both our air conditioning units. He was very cordial and neat. Marco was able to move our items out of the way to get into the attic and put everything back the way he found it. Marco even arrived a little early which was better for my schedule. I waited a week and a half for my appointment. I gave the representative over the phone a detailed description of my in-wall ac units. One needed to be repaired, the other replaced. The technician came into my house, looked around and laughed at me. He said that this company only does central air installations, not ac unit installations in the wall and that they must’ve been confused over the phone and didn’t know what I was taking about. He continued to laugh at me as he was leaving my house. I said it’s not funny, I waited a week and a half in the heat for this appointment just for you to tell me that you don’t work on these units. He said “well I drove all the way out here”. Very unprofessional.

I am very impressed with this company. They are honest reliable and trustworthy. not only did I have a thorough tune up done, but when a problem arose they sent out a skilled technician, Jordan Gelber went as far as checking out work and system himself. My experience with Stan Gelber & Sons Inc. regarding my recent ductless a/c install was excellent from start to finish. Beginning with their sales rep, Jerry; the coordination of information and install scheduling with Susan; and the install team of Oscar, Adam, Orlando, Kevin and Andrew. The install team was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious that Oscar was an expert in the assessment of a house and the best and most efficient place to install the ductless system. I truly appreciate the respect they showed me and my home during the installation.

A big thank you to team Oscar, Orlando & Kevin from Stan Gelber! We had an ongoing problem with our Carrier 3 Ton Unit, which could not be rectified by another air conditioning company. These fellows installed the necessary parts, answered all of my husband's questions & concerns and took their time to make sure that the system was in perfect working order. Thank you guys. Just had my tune-up, and Marco was my technician. I just have to say his service was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and looked at everything to ensure nothing was missed. I have been using Gelber and Son since 2009, because of employees like Marco

Thomas was great. He showed up right on time and did an extremely careful and thorough annual spring tune-up. He couldn’t have been nicer. Gelber installed our central air conditioning about 12 years ago snd it has been trouble free and well maintained (by them) for that entire time. Highest recommendation!
