This is my second year to have my heating and air serviced and repaired by First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service. This year I had two technicians come to my home. I made an appointment for the bi-annual check-up but I also had a problem with a smaller unit. He was very knowledgeable and completed a two day project very well. The other young man was also very efficient in the annual checkup. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to friends.

Mike arrived in a timely manner with a friendly heads up call prior to arriving so I could corral my dogs. He was very personable and diagnosed it right away. I said I would leave him alone and let him work but I said this stuff is always interesting to me. He said stay and explained everything he was doing and educated me on my system. The repairman First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service sent told me the different options and at no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. Then they went the extra mile to get my new unit installed as quickly as possible. It was fantastic service!

First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service came right on time yesterday to check out my new furnace and did a marvellous job. They showed me how to turn off the power and the gas in an emergency and they cleaned the filter at the outdoor spigot and probably got pretty wet. Highly recommend.
