Joe and his colleagues have done fantastic work. They just replaced an air conditioner in our place. As a result, the room is now significantly cooler than it was before. Avalon Heating & Air Conditioning's service technician was courteous and knowledgeable about our boiler heating system as well as our air conditioner condenser. We were ecstatic to have him help us with our boiler system's wiring. We chose him because we had heard good things about him from our neighbors. We're glad we took the chance.

The technician went out of his way to answer EVERY question I had, which took about an hour out of his install time. He stopped and took the time to fully address my questions and concerns. They repaired stuff from the previous install that they didn't have to, I appreciated that they took the time to do that. I would highly recommend them!

Avalon Heating & Air Conditioning is the best HVAC company in town. I had another company come to repair my AC unit and they said that I needed a new AC unit. Avalon Heating & Air Conditioning technician was able to get it working very easily and at a very fair price.They saved me a lot of money and i was very impressed.I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional. Shawn was respectful and explained what he was doing and what his diagnosis and plan was. Took time to cover his shoes with booties no matter how frequent and how short his trips were in and out of the house. Shawn also showed pictures and explanation of the work involved. It was an overall great experience and would highly recommend him and the company.

Best service I've ever experienced. John is a great technician. Honest, timely, helpful, educational, and funny. Got right to work, I don't think he was even here 30 minutes and he has us back to comfortable.I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
