Paul arrived for an emergency call and performed an excellent job repairing my air conditioner. He was pleasant, experienced, informed, and helpful with my questions and concerns. The system is working better than it has in a few years. The answering service is accommodating and quick with responses. The office staff is also professional, polite, and attentive to the problem described. I recommend this company 100%

Paul took the time to answer all of our detailed questions about the service with both knowledge and clarity. After our heat broke on Christmas morning we were so happy to find All Hours Energy to come to our rescue. Paul Adams responded right away and arrived first thing, he was extremely kind & professional and spent all day making sure the heat was in a good place. He went above and beyond even inputting parts to our system to ensure the issue didn't happen again. We will 100% be using All Hours Energy with any Heating or AC issues we have in the future and would highly recommend them to our neighbors.

They send to our home unprofessional guy name Juan Carlos. He even doesn't know how to open the unit. He did very rough job. He made extra hole on the wall. He took an hour to look for a tool in his van. I will never recommend this guy. The company shouldn't hired lazy, unprofessional people who doesn't know anything and provide poor quality job and going to charge you extra.

My experience over many years with All Hours has been great. They are very pleasant to deal with on a personal level and the engineers they send for installation and repairs are knowledgeable and talented. Over the years they've been very fair with me attempting to provide the best service at a fair price.

New Central Air install went well
Price was competitive. Got 5 estimates. They were right in the middle. Jon gave the estimate.
The office is easy to deal with
The technicians were super nice guys who cleaned everything up and worked hard. Edgar should have a cocktail as he was in the attic for the day
We decided on using Trane Equipment based on their recommendations as well as researching on our own

Called for emergency service tonight because I have no heat in my home. The woman that answered asked me if I’m sure its an emergency. As if we’re not in WINTER season and its cold outside. Proceeded to give my info when she hung up on me. Tread lightly with this place in case of an emergency.

Juan was AMAZING at diagnosing a lingering problem I had that several other HVAC techs could not resolve. Cammie in the office has been a sweetheart and very accomodating. Glad Trane referred me to this company, plan to do alot more biz with them in the future. THANK YOU!
