Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's

I decided to not go with Maverick as I had a very simple question regarding pricing on thermostat installation (just like a super rough idea on pricing) and they wouldn't provide any pricing other than sending someone out to look at the thermostat for $150 minimum charge (which imo is ridiculous). They answered when I called (answering service) but for people that just have a question on price; not super fair to expect people to pay $150 for someone to "get out of the truck".

I had an excellent experience with Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's. Jack and his team were fully knowledgeable to all the questions I had and was more than willing to explain to me in details the process he was taking to revise my wall heating unit. He was on time and I didn't have to waste a day waiting around like with other companies. Overall a wonderful experience.

George, the technician sent out, showed up right on time during the allotted timeframe. He went over a detailed checklist of upkeep duties and provided some excellent recommendations for managing my boiler and heating system in the future. We will unquestionably call Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's for future HVAC repair/maintenance services!

My family and I have been using Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's for 3 years. And the customer service has always been outstanding. Our A/C unit has just went out. And within an hour Jack was here with a portable AC to help us as we wait for him to repair our unit .I do not know many heating and cooling companies that would do that! The service was great from the scheduler and I interacting over the phone to find out more about what I needed as heating system was not working. She made sure to document my issues so they would be addressed the next day. George showed up the next morning and fixed everything! He was so pleasant and made us feel comfortable that he would solve the issue. I would definitely recommend this company and they will be my company of choice from now on!
