Poor experience. Repair representitive reported my HVAC could not be serviced after a 20 minute visit and I was charged for the 2 our minimum. I am still waiting for the cost of a replacement. I decided to call another company, Premier HVAC, THEY FIXED my AC and provided full explanation of my HVAC conditions and possible replacement options, WHEN the time comes to replace. Metro was a frustrating and poor experience and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
