This is easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. For the sake of your wallet and sanity please do not ever consider their services. When my unit went down I called these guys and was charged $1200 to diagnose a problem (nothing was fixed). A full 25(!) days later they were finally able to fix the unit. Until that time they were scheduled to show up and no-showed five times. Five! There was also another failed attempt prior to it finally getting fixed. And I had to call and email everyday just to get them to even get anything done within 25 days. And after all that I was still charged full price for everything, including a box full of filters that I did not ask for. This was after the account manager said he would try to lower the costs for all their blunders. I am not sure if it is just incompetence or a scam but either way please avoid this company at all costs.
