Today was another monthly boiler inspection for my building and we were lucky enough to have Justin again for our visit. As usual, Justin was on time and provided the service in a quick and courteous manner. Would definitely recommend him and his company, Metro Group to other buildings.

We have been dealing with Metro Group for decades and they are FANTASTIC!. Reliable always on time and Justin the main tech we get here is outstanding. Always accepts and answers questions. When something doesn’t seem right to him he will look for you and ask. Justin is great and the company is great!

I recently used the metro group for a plumbing issue at my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and resolved my issue efficiently. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to educate me on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Had the pleasure of acquiring this company for there services. Wide range of PM, was very detailed on what they offer. I was able to speak to the boiler mechanic Mr Bengie Melendez who went out of his way to confirm our appointment, I was a bit skeptical with the mixed reviews had a few questions on the scoop of the work he was going to preform. I would have to say that he was very informed and polite he didn’t mind answering all my questions left me with out any other worries. Mr Melendez showed up promptly checked in properly with security had all his credentials, well spoken walked me through details of the work he was going to do. I honestly felt like I didn’t have to check in with him during the time of his work. I did pop in to make sure he didn’t need anything. His work area was very clean and organized I did not have to ask him to clean up after himself. I could honestly say that I will be requesting for him for future work in our condominium building. Just an amazing experience with this mechanic. I would recommend if possible to request him. You will be amazed in comparison to other technicians that leave garbage and do not follow rules. Very professional !

Metro Group is very responsible and efficient. I have over four years contracting metro Groups services average three times a week. For the Cooling Tower services they offer great maintenance, excellent reparations and general work.
Whenever I call for a service Chris Matthews and his staff attends to our call very professional for any services; even emergencies!

I have worked with Kevin from Metro group for the last year and his work has been nothing but professional. Kevin has been our service tech, checking the water in our cooling tower 3x a week. Checking the ph balances as well as testing for legionnaires. We appreciate Kevin’s attentiveness and consistency. Metro grp has been excellent to work with.

Chris Mathew has being my point of contact in Metro Group, he has always delivered any of my request on time and during emergency’s his team and techs have been more then glad to help in repairing and making sure they get the job done. I will recommend hundred percent, we currently have a contract with them and have zero complaints! Great job!
