Chris Mathew’s is my account manager and he has been on top of everything. Always provides amazing services and has a hardworking team that gets the job done.

Our company owns multiple properties around the city and we use The Metro Group, Inc. for a variety of services. They are really a "one stop shop" for the vast majority of our property management needs. Our account manager Christopher Matthews goes above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of our repairs and their prices are competitive to the market. We will certainly continue using them in 2023.

Great service. I Needed some maintenance to my heating system and a new thermostat. Not only was Marcos responsive and clear, but more importantly, he was very knowledgeable about the issues, explained them clearly, did not try to upsell me things I didn't need, and was very upfront about what was going on. Marcos went above and beyond to help me out today. He noticed I was stressed out about the cold so he went out of his way to find a solution/ temporary fix til the heat can be completely repaired. Absolutely amazing service.
