Trane Commercial Sales Office

My experience was a disaster. They could't fix the HVAC they installed, charged for hours they didn't work and installed defective parts three times and said the part was under warranty but not their labor. I could go on, but as far as I am concerned, they are not to be trusted. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The staff was efficient and very pleasant, I was in and out in roughly 20 minutes, and the lay out of the store itself is good, hats off to them.

The service was great in and out no long wait

Arrogant. The counter is full of sales people and yet all are too busy too help Even when the store is empty.
