Did our repair, he was professional and knowledgeable. He had us up and running again in an hour. We have used Arundel heat and air in the past and will continue. Quick to respond and great employees.

They charged us $490 for a common $50-75 dollar actuator, threw it on in 5-10 minutes. Then would not return our inquiry for a reciept or full invoice of parts/labor breakdown. They were nice and all while here, but not so much once they left.

This is a REAL review. Browsing their reviews, all five-star with mine to be the exception. No Company hires anybody to leave only ONE fake reviews because this is real.

Unprofessional.
They constantly miss appointments. The customer service never calls back as they said. The technician always has sort of "emergency" and put me at their lowest priority especially after i paid them.

here is my experience with them:
Had a quick consultation and they took my ac to their factory. Made an appointment for them to bring it back and on the day of the appointment, they did not come and no notice or informing whatsoever.
Called and they came the other day.
They returned my ac with fixed cooling but broken heater. They took it back again and returned the 3rd time with a not-fixed heater. After several times of calling and serous talking, they finally fixed my heater and installed but they again forgot to bring the filter. I paid anyway thinking at lease i got my ac finally back home working and, they promised to drop off the filter for me but for a whole week they missed the appointment everyday without notifying or explanation. They told me they had “emergency” only when i called them multiple times. They don't respect my time for a bit. I can't stand it anymore. by the time i am writing this review, i am still waiting for a promised call from the technician. as always, he never will.

Did a great job. Very responsive and kept me posted on his arrival. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
