We just had heat pump/mini splits installed. Eugene (and his workers who were all polite, professional, hardworking and on time) met or exceeded every representation he made. our house was inspected on May 19. We received estimates for different configurations with various manufacturers on May 20. I sent Eugene several specific questions on May 22 and he responded May 23. We agreed on the job on May 25. Eugene said the work would start on June 5 and take 5-7 days. The work started on June 5 and took just over 4 days. Eugene, the owner, was on site every day. The work is excellent, everything was explained to us and we are extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Eugene and Airnizer.

Highly recommend. I own a town house in Bed-Stuy and hired Airnizer to install a mini-split system for the whole house. Within a day of contacting them I had an estimate, within two days they were here doing work, and in just over a week the entire system was installed and working. Everything was on time, on budget. I especially liked how straight forward Eugene was with cost/benefit analysis, pricing options, different units. It was very transparent and let me make an informed decision. Their pricing is very competitive. Eugene and his team are also just nice, friendly, hardworking guys who were very respectful of the house, cleaned up, and were considerate with our dogs and some working from home during the week.

Airnizer installed new air conditioning mini split system in our house and they are amazing. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They work fast and are very professional and respectful. Eugene is very knowledgeable and very straightforward, the entire process was easy and quick. I'm very happy with our decision to work with them!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. From the timeliness of getting a response from Eugene (within 10 minutes!) to the awesome repair techs, this was an experience I will never forget and will always be grateful for. I have spent 6 years and 10 companies which I either paid for out of pocket or used through my Sears Home warranty contract, to repair one of my mini splits systems that stopped working after 2 years from being installed. I have gotten diagnoses of everything from being low on refrigerant, maybe a motherboard issue, maybe faulty sensors, need to clean my filters, to I need to change the batteries on my remote. Not one time did any technician ever do anything except attach a computer to my compressor to make a diagnosis. Airinizer techs literally took my unit apart and FOUND AND FIXED MY PROBLEM. Not only on one unit, but also on another unit that had recently stopped working. A total of 7 indoor split units. I thought I would cry from happiness. They did not leave my home until they were satisfied that my units were fixed. The attention to detail, thoroughness and their willingness to explain what was wrong meant everything to me. They truly care about doing their job right. They spent 6 hours troubleshooting and making absolutely sure that they double and triple checked their work and that I was satisfied. Eugene called me during the job and patiently explained what the costs were coming out to be. They did not do anything without my approval first and I know they were looking out for me and the potential costs this could be. At the end of the day, the cost was more than reasonable and they were not pushy or told me to invest in brand new units which would cost many thousands and which all the other lazy technicians I have called before have told me to do. They were looking out for me and I appreciate this work ethic. These are the absolute nicest people I have ever dealt with. I will for sure be calling them again for anything having to do with my splits. I will be sleeping with A/C tonight for the first time in 6 years. I am so lucky to have found this company. We talked to 3 vendors but Airnizer/Eugene really stood out - he was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and comfortable working within the requirements of our building (5th floor NYC Coop). His website was thorough with examples of work in buildings similar to ours and the Google & Yelp reviews & responses were fantastic. He and his crew of 2 installed both units in one day and there were no surprises. Eugene was delightful to work with throughout the entire process - I would highly recommend him.

I got a mini-split system installed by Airnizer. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and on time. They finished the job within a day and it's been working great.

On June 6th Airnizer installed a new AC for me. Very impressed with the owner’s knowledge of AC systems. Would definitely use them again!!!

Eugene is the most responsive and communicative person I've had the pleasure of working with. He cares about his work and doing a great job, and always shows up on time. And he doesn't hit you with any "surprise" fees.
