My heater spoilt in the brutal winter of NY and the repair man came but could not solve the issue at all! Later, the admin staff (Camille) was supposed to provide solution on either replacing the unit or repair it, but was not responsive. I had to chase her every day, and it has been 3 months now, winter is ending. Maybe that’s their solution - winter ends, problem solved. I strongly suggest to reconsider purchasing the HVAC unit as their post sales support is ridiculous!
