Chris M., my account manager has been AMAZING!! He has walked me through getting everything perfect with my family’s maintenance contract and with arranging excellent maintenance & service visits!! I feel so lucky to be in great hands with Chris!! His patience with my situation has been so above and beyond!! Chris deserves a promotion and a big raise!! Seriously, I and my family have been treated like family. This makes all the difference! Plus I always have fun laughing on calls with Chris!! Humor is the best bonus!! This company is the absolute best. I interact with a service technician by the name of Savior from the metro group 3 times a week on a regular basis. He’s very professional when I speak to him about what’s going with the towers and its workings. Satisfied with his responses, each time I feel more at ease about cooling tower issues. If anything seems out of place he’s the first to explain and suggest repairs. Thanks for everything you guys have done for the Center.

We just signed a contract with Metro Group for preventive maintenance of our HVAC Building System. We also did an upgrade of heating and HVAC System, and out of four companies that bid for the job, Metro Group gave us the best price.
I deal directly with their senior accound manager, Chris Matthews. Not only that he is a great as a person and very trustworthy, but he's also professional, experienced, and thorough.
Their field supervisor, Israel Feliciano, is excellent and has a great customer service! He is always involved in every service call, and follows up with each of their technicians to make sure that the job is finished and done correctly. If there is an issue that the technician cannot resolve, he will come in and either fix it himself, or give directions to the technician how to fix it.
I highly recommend this company without any reservation

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Within five minutes of showing up they tried to lock me into a yearly maintenance program before they even tried to figure out what was wrong with my HVAC unit.

Their "fix" didn't work, and they had the nerve to attempt to charge me to come back and fix what they couldn't fix the first time.

Finally, after giving them my credit card to bill me, they had no record of it and actually tried to hit me with late charges.

I'd rather live on the sun with no AC than ever hire Metro Group again. Use ANYONE else.

Very competent, Justin is a real professional and maintains the Chemicals in the BOILER in tiptop, shape, and running, smooth at 85–14 Broadway in Elmhurst Queens!
