I received high quality service from the team that showed up. They took time to explain root causes of the issue, my options, costs, and recommendations. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome.

Nothing to report since boiler is fairly new, but technician gave some helpful hints regarding receiving the best heat performance. Technicians are great but request for 24 hr service does not exist. I requested New Years day (Friday) .but couldnt get service until Monday or Tuesday

I bought central air condition with service included, Nick the sales guy assured me within 2 weeks maximum it will be installed,, I found out He was just getting me to sign the contract and lied about everything he promised me,, I called call him 3 weeks later, he apologized for the delay and start to blame everything he can think of,, even he tried to sell me different brand name that t don't want, after more than 2 and half months waiting I called the main office and I spoke with a nice gentleman his name is Joe, I explained my problem and asked to cancel my contract and I want my money back,, somehow within one hour he called me back and said the crew will be in my house tomorrow with the equipment and will take 2 or 3 days to install it,, I found out that Nick was trying to bush me to buy something I didn't want from the beginning, otherwise why Nick lied and made me wait all summer waiting and Joe solved the problem in one hour,,
After that, I had problem with thermostat and again I called Joe,, within a few days my problem was solved,, if it wasn't for Joey,, I think this company would loose a lot of customers..

I recently require the services of HomeServe and the service performed by the technician was excellent.

Bad service on the phone I was on the phone for two hours. I don’t make no sense please hold weights. My father was on the phone for an hour and a half he’s 80 years old. Oh people don’t want to be on the phone that long post is first that I don’t know sense.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I didn’t know I had a pressure problem, they discovered it during a free, annual tune-up. In addition to that repair, other components were inspected, cleaned or replaced and right now my boiler is in great shape!

One star is being generous. This company has provided us with possibly the most aggravating, frustrating, and exhausting customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Issues include but not limited to: not showing up for appointments, not calling before arriving, canceling without notice, over an HOUR hold times on more than one occasion, zero manager availability to discuss issues, promises to be called back and no call ever made, no sense of urgency when there is no heat, improper boiler diagnosis, non communicative workers, etc etc.
Stay away from them and be glad you avoided this nightmare.

We were very happy with the technician - he took the time to inspect our boiler and fix the problem. He was very capable and knowledgeable and that gives us peace of mind so that we can have a worry free winter with a warm house.

My heat was off , I called, someone was sent the next day. That's response. The technician had parts with him and was able to correct the boiler defect. I really appreciated getting my heat returned. Good job!

I was able to call and get a live person to immediately send a person to fix my problem same day. My problem was the thermostat stuck at 83 degrees and the temperature outside was 50 degrees. I have gas heating so my gas bill would be very high but thanks to the speedy response the problem was resolved.
