    I woke up in the morning without hot water. I called HomeServe approximately 8:30am and reported my problem to them. The technician arrived at my house around 12 noon on that same day. And just like magic, in a matter of minutes, my hot water heater was working like new. Thank you HomeServe for your speedy service and your highly credentialed technicians. Because of your excellent customer-friendly service, I can now take a nice-warm shower. I feel so fresh and so clean--and I have Bragging Rights!.

    Called HomeServe because of heating radiator malfunction. They send the same technician twice who will not do his job; His name "Salah" from New York - Queens area; he will only come to the home visit and see, doesn't like to do anything, and for the second time in 3 months his answer was "get a new system", instead of trying to repair, or to investigate what it is wrong; a lot of attitude towards customer and very challenging; giving explanations and justifications that doesn't make sense; he even mention to me not been a "Carpenter" so he can not touch, open or check the radiators from the heating system. I hope the company read this reviews and follow up with costumers because after this experience i will not longer recommend their services to anyone. Seems like he is the only one around the area or assigned to zip code 11370 because it is the second time that same person " Salah" shows up and do nothing. I also put a complaint with the company directly twice but No one at Home Serve follows up until now. Still no resolution.

    Homeserve workers that they call them engineers are very rude, impolite, Michael is very loud, talks down to us as if we work for him and do not know anything. Jamal is the same in addition to he is very sloppy , Horrible experience.
    I advice you Homeserve if you really want to stay in business give better training to your technicians after you carefully select them.
    Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she did not do a thing to solve my problem,
    I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

    The plumber came and unclogged our toilet in less than 5 minutes. He didn't even use any tools, he used our plunger. I was expecting him to have at least some high-powered auger or tool but he came in with nothing, plunged 3 or 4 x and it was flushing again. Of course, we felt silly, being that we had a auger and had used it repeatedly to no avail. He explained what probably had transpired and how to prevent blockage in the future. That night he was our hero!!

    They came out 2x for the repair. The first technician lied to me. I had to pay a plumber to come look at the heatwr and then home serve sent a second technician to solve the problem.

    Third time in the past 2 years that I’ve had the same tech service my unit and he has been fantastic. Visits were quick and efficient. He gave me some tips on troubleshooting and servicing my unit on my own to keep it in tip top shape.

    Your worker was on time and very professional. He wore a mask and gloves so we would feel more comfortable allowing him in our house during this
    pandemic. We also wore gloves to give him the same comfort. He was quick, and totally efficient. He was very polite and quite knowledgeable.
    He made the whole appointment a breeze.
