I had my water heater replaced in 2009 had a 12 year warrantee. Expired in 2021 and broke again. Now had to be replaced and it was double the price I paid before.

The technician arrived on time. He was polite and courteous. He listened to my concerns before starting the job. He went to the HomeServe van to retrieve the necessary parts and returned to work on replacing the leaky pipe union previously installed by another technician. The job was completed to a satisfactory condition. I would recommend that you stick around to watch the job being done and ask questions if necessary. . .

Terrible service don't keep appointments cancel appointment with no notice keep you on hold for almost an hour have very nasty service reps on the phone and repair persons who don't know what to do. I can't stress strongly enough to look elsewhere stay away from home serve believe me you couldn't do any worse. I wouldn't have given any stars if it was allowed.

Appointment time kept and technician called to confirm that they were on their way. Two service calls, one for boiler tune-up and the other for replacing a water heater. Appointments were available for both within a reasonable time, technicians were professional and courteous.
