I called them several time this year to help with my heating system. The technicians are always polite and always find solutions. Must have service when you own a home!

Have a service contract with this company, they cancelled their bi-yearly checkup of the boiler, which now the pilot light wont light. Called to schedule an appt got a time, which they again cancelled and pushed back another day, so i've been without heat and hot water in my place for almost 2 weeks because they couldn't fulfill their obligations.
I'd find someone else to deal with.
(when/if they do show up the contractors are professional though)

Home serve is charging money from my credit card almost every month. I checked my credit card statements and found out that they charged 3 times more than the yearly premiums. It's under investigation now and I blocked them from using my credit card. Please nobody sign up for auto renewal. When I call for heating service, they say it's plumbing job, and when I call for plumbing, they say it's heating job, when I call for electric service, they say, it doesn't cover the service. They are taking premiums years after years without any service.

Technician was ontime and did repair efficiently and checked heating system function several times before leaving. He was very pleasant to be around.

Our water heater had a crack. Homeserve came, did an estimate and installed a new water heater the same day. The job was professional and the servicemen answered all our questions.
