    The technician found that water auto feeder was not functioning

    Excellent service and cheap insurance for peace of mind with this heating plan. Techs were professional and on time. Had to replace a part that was not in Homeserve’s stock because my boiler is older but the part came in very fast and I was called when it arrived.

    It took 4 months to get an appointment for our annual check up for both of our central air units. Both units were working perfectly when the service person came on Thursday July 2nd. He came around 1:30pm. He said that both units needed to be topped off and then he left saying everything was good. By 4am both units were not working. They were frozen. It was so hot we couldn't sleep. I called Homeserve Friday morning before 7am. I requested John because he is the only one that was able to fix this issue in 2017. This exact same thing happened in 2017 after a service person came for our annual check up. The units froze.
    John came on Friday in the morning and said both units had no gas and there must be a leak. Both units were working perfectly right before the service guy came and within hours of him leaving both units were dead and I am to believe it was a leak? No way. We were leaving to go on vacation that day and couldn't have John come back on Monday. While we were away we called the company that originally installed the AC to come to fix the problem your service person created. They topped off the units and they have been working since. I guess your service person didn’t know how to put gas in the units. I will never use Homeserve again to service these AC units. I am not going to have this happen a third time.

    Able to make 2 appointments in same day when our furnace wouldn’t go on. First repair person fixed problem without replacing a part but we had to call in a second person who ultimately had to upgrade it and luckily had a new one in his vehicle.

    The technic ian was great, but in november 2019 i had problems with my boiler. it took them a few days to come fix it which they did a great job . communication is terrible. the representetive told me they were going to be here the next day. Itook the day off from work they did not show up or call.

    Very bad service. Technician was very rude. Did not want to cover his dirty shoes. Called me names and left without serviceing. Will not recommend this company to anyone. We even offer covers for his shoes he said he doesn’t wear them

    I had no AC on the hottest day in the summer. I called for service at 10am & a technician was at my house by 3:30. He was quick & fixed my unit within a 1/2 hour.

    Horrible service. Parts dept cancelled the part order after a temporary fix leaving my boiler leaking and no heat. Finally after 3 weeks installed the parts however technician left without fixing the heat. Repair dept was not responsive.

    Had the greatest technician from Home Serve fix my major heating problem. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with! Convinced me to stay with Home Serve and even add other services. Very happy with Home Serve!
