    Sales person promised installation would be nice and smooth. Installation was done very messy, not as promised. When I called and left messages, they never returned my calls.

    All of the Home Serve technicians were helpful, knowledgable and pleasant. Any questions I had they gladly answered. The workers cleaned the work area after installation. I was quite satisfied.

    We lost heat and while the first guy was slow to come, he did fix the issue for a bit. Less than 24 hours later we lost heat again and HomeServe sent someone the same day. Second guy was good at his job and replaced some hardware that was completely broken. Heat has been fine ever since.

    My experience has been positive with this service. They are reliable helpful and knowledgeable of my boiler system. I was made aware that I needed a boiler for the last 3 years and to date it is still working with the help of home serve maintenance.

    I called on Friday just before 3PM because the boiler was not working. I received a text confirming that the tech would be at my between 4PM-8:30PM. The tech called to notify that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Tech arrived and the house was warm within an hour and a half. The tech was knowledgeable and self confident he knew what the problem was very quickly. I can't ask for more than that.

    Treated me very poorly as a customer came in contact my boiler because it has a small leak underneath when I request this in writing why the boiler was condemned. I got a run around for several days and still as of January 19. Can I get it in writing so I can submit to my insurance company. This is unreasonable. This is I don’t know why just just to get us a report has to be so difficult your supervision is incompetent
