We have contracted with HomeServe to replace our gas water heater and boiler system. The technicians arrived on time and started preparing the areas for the removal of the old water heater and the old boiler. They kept the areas clean at all time. After the installation was completed and the test checked system, the technicians provided us with detailed instructions and explained to us the various controls and components functions of the water heater and boiler. They did an outstanding job in a very efficient and professional manners.

He was great. Professional, thorough, relaxed. He addressed the issue, but also checked the rest of the system, cleaned it, and discovered another issue I was unaware of and then fixed that.

Got tune up but tech left off a feed then I needed service as the heat would not go on. The second repairman knew immediately what the problem was and got it going.
