Very good service. Came when they said they wood. Got to the source of the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it right away. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about the system and explained what was wrong. I will be using these guys again for sure. I was extremely satisfied.

We have used Soundview now on multiple occasions for a couple of different properties that we have and every time they respond quickly and courteously. They do great work and are very reasonably priced. Tough to find that combination in a service provider these days. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

The two young men who came to install a new coil did an outstanding job. They were very professional and efficient and we appreciate how cheerful they were. Great choice, great company with great people.

From my estimate, installation and to any follow up, this is a top notch outfit! I used them mostly because they were highly recommended by an architect friend. However their price was more than in line. The couple of times I had them back for a review or questions, Johnny on the Spot, friendly and thorough. One word sum up? PROS!

June 2014 after many quotes on new heat and air system,, we picked Soundview.
Gave a best price and straight talk.
Installation took one day with 3 men who wanted to do a good job. We did have a pump failure on install. Pump was replaced the next day. We also had a small leak week later.
Repair was made promptly. I would use Sound view again (do far)

Our Central Air Tower died, which owed us nothing (16 years old) and Soundview was quick to respond and the technician was professional, personable and honest.
He told us exactly what was wrong and how to rectify the situation. We’re looking forward to doing business with Soundview again to install our new system!

We are in the middle of having the kitchen remodeled. The workers disconnected the thermostat, but the heat continued. The electrician came and cut the wires, but the heat still continued so I turned the burner off. I then called your company and a worker came promptly the next day, which was a Saturday, found the problem and fixed it. I believe this young man was here when I had your company install our central AC also.
I cant say enough nice things about him, polite, thorough, just exceptional like all the staff that has been to my home.

Great company to work with. They're honest and professional. I called them to come out and check our heating system as it wouldn't get past a certain temperature. They came out and saw that it was just something clogging a pipe. They fixed it in 5 minutes. For all I knew I needed to replace the entire system.
