Kenny the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and explained process needed to have upper level AC unit functioning again and what I needed to do to prevent any further problems.

Joe is a great service technician and a valuable asset as an employee to this company. Always courteous and very efficient. This company is a pleasure to deal with. Always prompt and friendly and I would highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning service.

I was referred to Soundview by another customer and have been using their services for about 5 years. Their prices are reasonable and fair, the staff is very helpful, the techs show up promptly and are very knowledgeable. I have referred friends to them and will continue to do so.

We had Soundview go to my father in-law's home to service his air conditioning. When making the appointment, I told the office that my father in-law can get confused and that if any major work was needed I was to get a call to authorize it. The office was very understanding of my concerns and assured me that the tech would be professional and treat the situation with kid gloves. Upon arrival, he was quick to point out the issue at hand and got the unit up and running with minimal work and cost. He pointed out that the unit was very old and in need of replacement, but was not pushy to get the sale on the spot.

I highly recommend them and plan on having them replace unit once we remodel the home later this year.
