My AC stopped cooking in the middle of a heatwave. I called several local AC contractors for service they all told me it would be several days before they could send schedule a service call. I called Cardinal and Lucas told me he could be at my house in 1 hour. He showed up right on time. Lucas then diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to resolve it. He was very detailed in his explanation what I could expect from both options. He then made the repair quickly and efficiently. Lucas was very, neat, polite, and professional. I also received a follow up text afterward to see if my system was functioning as expected. Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a contractor.
