George quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem-a malfunctioning circuit board on a 25 year old old furnace. He didn’t have the part stocked on his truck but he was able to find the part, pick it up from the warehouse and get it installed in my furnace before the end of the day. This was just days before the big winter storm. I don’t know what we would have down If that furnace wasn’t working. That was great dedication to his customer and I am grateful.

We had our first heating inspection since purchasing the house. Our service technician Fred. was great! He was friendly, on time, and circled back for us same-day even though we missed our scheduled appointment time. He pulled out our blower assembly in order to inspect the heating element. He was meticulous and clean with his work. We would recommend Max Heating & Air Conditioning to others based on our experience with Fred.

The scheduling was easy and the service was outstanding. The estimator, and the two technicians that installed my A/C and Furnace were super friendly and helpful along the way. The install was flawless and clean while they worked with me along the way to insure everything was to my liking and professionally done. Fantastic experience.

Very friendly people, when I asked them some specifics about what they were doing and why, they took the time to tell me. Not like some places that act annoyed or treat you like you're dumb. Really helped my allergies. Did a lot to improve the quality of air in my house, and just plain pleasant to deal with.

Scheduled a replacement of AC and Furnace.Max Heating & Air Conditioning crew arrived on time and were very courteous. They completed the job on schedule, reviewed all the work they performed with me and prior to leaving. They cleaned up and left everything in order. This was the second system that Max Heating & Air Conditioning has replaced for me and the experience on both from scheduling and estimate to scheduling the installation to completing the work has been top notch.

Scammer company don’t be fooled. Sold a “service” contract and never showed. Horrible how they scam people needing ac and heat especially not knowing their specific situation. Don’t be fooled by these other google reviews they all look like fake profiles.

Looks like this is another subsidiary of the "Premium Home Services" scam. They also have Baylor Plumbing in Evanston, IL. Can't wait for the feds to drop the hammer on these guys lol.
