Jeff called to make sure I was okay with him showing up a bit early for our diagnostic and estimate. He spent about 10 min looking around and gave us a quick run down on repairs needed and estimate and then had us back up and running in less than 30 min. He was polite, efficient, professional, and speaking as someone who works nights and sleeps during the day, a life saver.

Rex was on time, very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to keenly assess my furnace to confirm that truly the problem and answered all my questions there after he gave me tips to keep my AC running efficiently. Ace Heating & Air Conditioning came out to service my broken furnace that had been overheating and just shut down. Rex, the technician, quickly and systematically isolated each problem with the respective parts that needed replacement and got my heater up and running in no time.
