The technician was great: on time, knowledgeable and pleasant! He represented the company very well! I was pleased with his service.

They came quickly (same day I called and they came), worked fast and fixed my air on a vy hot day in which I am sure they had multiple calls to make.

These guys are fantastic! very professional, efficient. They came in installed the whole AC system for the house in a few hours, like a machine, nice clean done.

When i moved into my new home that had oil heat I did my homework on converting to gas heat. I had 3 big name companies and a small local plumber come to give me their opinion and advice. When Phil, the owner of Soundview came in person to go over the job with me, it was obvious that his company was the only choice. He took the time to give me his recommendations and to answer all of my questions. He covered all aspects of the job, including the removal of my above ground oil tank. Phil and his team did a extremely neat and professional job, I could not be happier. I recommend them to all of my friends because I have total confidence that Phil and his team will do the best possible job. Moreover, the people in the office are also amazing, helpful and friendly. They always get back to you and follow through. Soundview is an excellent company with professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. You will not be disappointed.

Being a homeowner for 30 years there's been dozens of contractors working on my house. Soundview hands down ranks as the best yet. Many other really good experiences (and some real bad ones also) but this company checks all the boxes. If your shopping give them a chance and they wont let you down.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I picked Soundview to put in my new air conditioning system. All your employees were polite, knowledgeable, and experienced.
My attic is so neat that others have commented on it. Everything was left neat and clean inside and outside, and the AC unit I had installed is so quiet, I'm never quite sure if it's actually on. (which is so different than my old one!)

followup review nov 1 : recent heating system maintenance , the tech was on time friendly knowledgeable and informative. I noted a small problem that occurs randomly then goes away. He was going to note this on my service records so they have history and advised me what to do when it occurs again . Overall great service. Soundview is a keeper.

Just wanted to note what a really good company Soundview is. I started with them a few years ago (3,4?) to replace an aging hot water heater. They came on time fully equipped and great to work with. Since then I've signed up for yearly maintenance. I had an issue with a Humidifier not coming on Soundview diagnosed it was a defective humidistat . A few days later they came back and finished the repair at reasonable price. About a year ago we had an overnight pin hole leak in a hot water line that flooded the basement . It was on the weekend. I called Soundview emergency line. 10 mins later got a call back, normally they don't do plumbing, but it was part of the hot water lines off the tank at the top. 20 min later the tech came and fixed the issue replacing the elbow that had the pinhole. Great response from them ! Last week Jan 2021 SoundView called to remind us to set up a maintenance time which is part of our contract. Justin came by and checked it all over to insure its still running well and performed required maintenance. Soundview is a good company, not trying to upsell you on every service call. The tech guys and office staff have all been great. Highly recommend them!

This company is great! They are professional, responsive, and deliver quality service.

For example... Monday I called that my Fujitsu Wall Mounted A/C wasn't working. (not many companies service these units). Tuesday they sent Justin who quickly diagnosed the problem. Wednesday Brianna told me the parts would be in on Thursday and scheduled to have it installed Thursday. Thursday Justin installed the part and my A/C is back up an running!!!

Needed emergency help. No heat at my elderly in laws home. Found this company on the web. I can't say enough good things about this company, from estimating, office help, to the installation team. All the men were very professional yet friendly. Thought it would take a couple of days. Completed in 8 hours. They rolled up with 4 trucks and a crew. Full replacement of all equipment, corrected some existing mistakes, and left their home spotless.

Exellent service..Brian was great.. Showed up and saved my weekend! AC Went out just before a graduation party but they took care of everything! Thanks for the great service!
