Soundview Heating & Air Conditioning

After going through a few recommended companies for service on my home HVAC System, a friend strongly suggested Soundview Heating and Cooling. They arrived promptly and fixed a major issue with one of our 2 units not cooling several rooms that a previous service company could not resolve (Yet still charged us full price.) Their technician was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable.
When our main (And very old) HVAC unit started having trouble during an August heat wave, Soundview was on site right away. Unfortunately they could only fix temporarily since the fan motor was dying. We met with Phil, who walked us through purchasing the best, unit for our house but still affordable (Considering the need).
At first, it looked like it would be a few weeks before the unit was ready, but they pushed and got us in in just a few days!
Now let me tell you something about the team of Soundview installers that arrived at our house that morning: They were quick, polite, installed everything perfectly and even cleaned up after they left, all in less than a day!!!
We were very happy with their work and plan on using their services for years to come!!

Although they were not the cheapest prices out there, I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Their staff, from their office personnel, finance personnel, technicians, and installers were incredibly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The installers really put together a work of art with the amount of plumbing that had to be done. I highly recommend them for any heating issues a homeowner may have.

Ultimately Soundview was unable to fix our issue that turned out to be a slab leak, but the technician was prompt, responsive, and incredibly honest. Glad they were our first call and provided recommendations to fix our leak.

I have been using soundview for all my heating and cooling needs for over 9 years since I purchased my home. They have always been amazing. Thanks again for the quick response as always.

I have used Soundview several times in the past and they have always been great. This time I asked them for an estimate and they never called me back. I guess they don’t want my business to replace my condenser and txv valve 🤨. Must be nice to be able to cherry pick your jobs. I called another company and had the work done in three days.

The service provided was outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the installation and work performed.

Bob fix it same day that went to check, I didn't have to wait for him to comeback, the staff knows the job and give me details of the repairs. I'm very satisfied with the service, I definitely would recommend this company. 👌

HAD MY GAS FURNANCE CLEANED. And serviced. Along with my Mitsubishi ductless system cleaned and serviced. He tech Kenny showed on time.He was polite and friendly.. He jump right into action. Did service on furnace. Made sure all component's where cleaned and working to factory specs.. tep wise and cycled as it should be.Made sure the ambient was in factory specs. Kenny then jump on Mitsubishi Duct less Ac unit. He cleaned filters and blow out drain line. He checked the freon in unit. KENNY SAID THAT WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. Zgave me tips on how to do light maintenance on A/c unit..Which was nice of him.He also mentioned that sound view has good service plans.. That if wanted service plan to call office.And ask what they have in service plan. KENNY WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ON THINGS AND WHAT OPTION I COULD PURCHASED .Kenny was great guy.. if need a tech again hope I get him..Sound view is good reliable company. THANKS SOUND VIEW
