The technician was on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He did the tune-up and asked if I had any questions. He was professional and did a very good job! Very good company for installation and maintaining your a/c unit!

Soundview Heating installed a new ductless air conditioning system and I would rate my experience with them to be outstanding. First, they offered a price significantly lower than competitors and followed through in a highly professional and efficient manner. All paperwork was completed, the installation took place at precisely the time scheduled, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The personnel were all pleasant and professional and the technician who installed the unit treated my house as if it were his own--leaving it spotless after the work was completed. Quite simply, I would never even consider using another vendor for any air conditioning or heating work!

Soundview treats me like family. They always make time if there is an issue with my heat or AC. Great service program - worth every penny. . Awesome service from a great company. Can’t recommend them enough.

Top Notch Service. I’ve used them for years. I had them do my oil to gas conversion. I then brought them on to service my hearing system. I had issues with another company taking care of my ac system so I had Soundview start servicing that as well. It’s been 6 years that Soundview has services both my heating and air conditioning systems. I highly recommend them and my advice is to get a service contract. It will pay for itself.

After having been a regular customer since several years and tolerated their inflated prices for annual inspections, they turned me away when I had an emergency with my heating system. The arrogance of their "customer relation telephone people" is unbelievable. I have to say that the guys working in the past were not always competent, clean and respectful of the house furnishings (e.g. I don't appreciate it when a repairman slabs his tools on a nice table or granite kitchen counter). I am glad they have competition out there and there are many others to choose from!

The tech was right on time, very professional and knowledgeable. My central AC unit is from 1988. He identified the leak on a high pressure line near the compressor, and brazed it. His expertise was greatly appreciated. These are the type of service technicians that are invaluable to a company. Thanks for keeping us cool.

Brain, the service technician, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He also was able to install a new thermostat and repair a firing mechanism on the boiler. No fuss, all professionally done. Nice to now have a firm that will take care of our heating and cooling needs!

Everyone in this company was so professional and pleasant to deal with; the owner, the office staff, the job foreman and install crew. They answered my questions and addressed all my concerns about my project promptly. They showed up the day they were scheduled. I had a totally new heat and A/C system put in and all new duct work. They were neat and left the place immaculate. I would highly recommend Soundview.

Booking the appointment was okay but it took an almost two week wait.
Unfortunately the technician didn't have any service inspection stickers with him which was the whole purpose of the service appointment, i.e. I didn't really get what I needed.
