I originally gave this company 1 star for issues we had encountered and a lack of professionalism but since we notified management and voiced our concerns , they quickly came up with a great solution to rectify our issues. They will be repairing our unit next week at no cost, since out broken part was under warranty. The company has since been very friendly and attentive. I would recommend using this company in the future.

The two gentlemen that installed my water heater were professional and efficient. Very pleasantly surprised the short time it took to do the job. Nothing but praise for their work ethic and team effort.

Very professional estimate was given for central air conditioning in my home. The price was extremely fair and great financing was available. They showed up at my house and spent roughly 5 hours doing an impeccable job cleaning up everything, making sure everything worked as expected, and showing me everything afterwards. I definitely found a new heating and air conditioning company. I already referred a colleague at work for central air and an appointment is already on the books. Thanks guys for a job well done!

We have an older furnace that we call "Old Faithful".....The Service is outstanding! When I called with an issue...I scheduled for Monday....they sent a tech out today. He was so professional....explained the problem....friendly....I cannot say enough about these folks. I am so thankful to know that when I call...their concern is to help our family as quick as they can. If you need someone for your heating and cooling needs...I wouldn't hesitate to call ...they are Top Notch Professionals......

I had previously left a bad review after the installation of a new a/c unit and furnace, but I’m going to chalk it up to them having a bad day. Anyway, I had to call them again, because the a/c wasn’t working. The technician, named Cody, was wonderful! He fixed the problem, and explained everything. I was very impressed with his knowledge. A good service call deserves a good review.

I had my furnace and air conditioning cleaned yesterday by Clay. This was my first time with this company, and I am thrilled with the result. I previously used Adams as they installed when we built. I found the level of customer service offered by Mohawk far exceeded what we had from Adams.
From scheduling, to service , to the final bill.
Clay was pleasant and professional. He called before he arrived and was on time.
He showed me things about the system and maf suggestions for maintaince down the road
I highly recommend you give a Mohawk a shot for your next heating/cooler no need.

Larry was prompt. Additionally, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything. He twice thanked us for allowing him to come to our house. We signed multi-year contracts with Mohawk to service our furnace, A/C, and hot water heater. We would be perfectly ok if he shows up each and every time.

Customer service was great from my first call to my follow up call after the tech showed up at almost midnight to fix my broken boiler. The tech was very friendly and patient for being so late at night.

Last month our heating system stopped working, so we called over Mohawk as an emergency call to get it fixed since it was still cold out. They said that all that needed to be done was the replace two parts, which they charged us $800 for. The heater stopped working again the very next day. We called a different company who did a much more thorough inspection on our apparently 21 year old furnace and they told us there were numerous large issues with the furnace, one of them if left unchecked they said could lead to carbon monoxide leaking. When they tore out our old furnace it looked like this. I don't know how Mohawk managed to miss such large issues with our system, or neglected to tell us about it. Regardless, you missed an opportunity to make much more money replacing our system instead of making just $800.
