I called in late January because my furnace had stopped working. The tech came, tried to blow air through my lines and told me they were frozen. Didn’t check the nozzle or the pump, and then charged me $300. He wasn’t wrong, The lines were indeed frozen, but they froze after the furnace stopped working. After the lines thawed, the motor kicked on and sprayed kerosene everywhere because he forgot to close my pump bleed, and when I went to shut it I noticed he stole my 10mm wrench when he left. I’d google “how to replace a furnace nozzle before calling these guys. It’ll save you about $294.

Our tech today was wonderful. This is our first experience with him and he did a great job.
