My service technician, Corey, performed my annual AC MAINTENANCE expertly and efficiently. He displayed a top notch understanding of my equipment and thoroughly answered my questions. I have been an Apollo customer continuously for 23 years at this same house. They installed the original AVAC system when our house was built as well as a new, upgraded system this year. Hats off to an outstanding company.

Will was amazing…patiently diagnosed the problem and finagled a solution even without the needed part for my older triangle tube boiler. Fast response to calls. Sales guy Brian also very knowledgeable talking through options. Highly recommend. And please give that man a raise!

My service technician a polite man named Greg was friendly and professional. They alerted me twice (once by the office and second from the actual technician) that he was on his way- so appreciated. After many years, I have never had a poor experience with any technician they entrust. The receptionist Dawn was caring and efficient also! Great Job/Great Service Appolo!

The techs Rick and Jordan were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We have been loyal to Apollo since 2023 including maintenance services as well as new installs for furnace, ac and a mini split. They have always been helpful. We have shopped around on occassion, but always wind up going with them. We recommend them.

We were looking for a quick installation of a heating system in our finished basement. My dad was coming to live with us for hospice care and we wanted him to be comfortable. Robert came out for a quote and was very helpful in helping us select the right mini-split system. He said because of our situation he would try to get us in before my dad moved in. Robert and the Apollo team went above and beyond and installed the system a day before my father was discharged from the hospital. We were very impressed with how courteous, professional, and accommodating the install team was. The basement is now nice and comfortable for my dad and Apollo has gained a loyal customer because of their exceptional customer service and reasonable pricing. Thank you so much!

My hot water heater failed and after I discovered it, one quick call brought an experienced tech that was quick and thorough and gave a complete breakdown of what needed to be done. He and his coworker were professionals and did a nice clean job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. I was given a thorough instruction of what was done; how to observe and set temperature; and a breakdown of the costs on the work order. I would recommend this company for all a/c,
heat, & hot water issues you may have.

I've recently had two service calls in a week at two locations, both with heating issues. These are completely different systems with different problems, and each was resolved during the first visit. The work was done very well, cleanly, with great communications along the way. We are grateful for the service from Justin getting the two systems back in good working order.

We were having problems with our new AC 2 years old. Will and Timothy showed up the check the problem out. They were very professional and courteous and know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them for their service.
