Received a call 15 minutes before arrival. Team was excellent, professional, and took the time to explain maintenace steps and what was going on with my equipment.
Will loved my dogs and was friendly throughout the visit!

Technician was right on time. He took the time to explain to me his maintenance procedure and later explained what was done. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly or professional service person. Very satisfied.

Tech Jacob came in and went straight to work. Not a peep unless I asked him a question. At the end he was very informative and professional. I asked him how he liked working for Apollo; He replied that he just started a few months ago and had all good things to say about the company. It was effortless on my part. He gets 5 stars!

Water heater.
Assess issue,4/2- professional, efficient, friendly. Confirmed need a new unit.
4/3- early morning call to schedule time to be at my home to remove old and replace with new.
Extremely efficient, friendly, professional- once done, walked me through the new unit.

I have never had a problem with Apollo. I had them place two boilers and I receive maintenance from them as well. They are always on time, really good at what they do and they are always approachable. I may be looking to them to place a hot water heater soon as well. Will also review then.

Appolo is the best around. They service and maintenance our system without any issues. They call and text when the technicians are on the way so you do not have to wait around. The technicians are very polite and professional. The pricing and service is excellent. Highly recommend.

I use Apollo Heating for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. I am impressed with their professionalism and perfornance. Kevin, the young man who came to my household today, arrived exactly when he said he would, took care of my routine maintenance, and suggested two things that I should consider doing to keep my system working properly. He was very polite and pleasant. I am always satisfied with the work performed by Apollo.

Matthew was on time and friendly and explained everything he did. Dawn, that we spoke with to set up our appointment, was courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. Highly recommend!

We also had maintenance of our gas fireplace and water heater. Our rep was Jordan. This guy was great. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and very helpful. He found our inducer was running hot and in checking it found a loose hot wire that was causing the issue and consequently repaired everything. Hot water tank and fireplace were running great but we talked to him about adding a blower. He checked on that with Apollo to make sure item was in stock so that we could call for an appt. Will definitely request this service tech again.
