Jordan did a great job. He called in advance, kept our house clean, explained the problem and solutions.

Colin Ellis is awesome. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I would recommend Apollo Heating for your plumbing and. heating needs. Colin has been here before when we had a problem with a glogged sewer line and did an excellent job.

We have an old propane heating system at a house we purchased. I called Appolo to perform a standard annual servicing on it because the system was loud/vibrating and not heating quickly. To summarize, the technician noted some serious issues with certain parts and advised to either replace these parts or install a new system. Figuring I could stall on a full replacement, we went with the new burners, collector box, gas induction valve, and I think some other stuff. System works great now and is quiet! The house goes up 5 degrees within minutes. Thanks Appolo!

The lady on the phone when i called was very nice. She set up my appointment quick and it was same day service. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again and highly recommend.

I've been with Appolo for 30 years. They have installed and maintained several furnaces. Their service personnel have always been professional and courteous. Prices have gotten high, and they have given me best service to compensate.

Scott , service technician, is a professional who serviced our AC efficiently. I was impressed by his friendly, kind and reassuring demeanor.

Spent plenty of time doing a heating system cleaning and inspection. His follow up, was explaining what maintenance he had performed.

Update
Appolo reviewed the issue and agreed that it should have been resolved when the maintenance was performed in December of 2022. They offered to refund the additional cost.
I appreciate their professional resolution of the issue.

Diagnostic Service call. The service person was was Knowledgeable, Professional and Kind.
However, the Company overcharged. The problem should have been found and noted in our regular maintenance call in Dec.

Thomas was very professional and courteous. He came in inclement weather. He was efficient and capable. We have always been impressed with Apollo’s technicians!
