Our air conditioner stopped working and we called Apollo for service. We were expecting company in a few days and the forecast was for 90 degree weather. We know the tech who is assigned to our home. Kyle is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and always does a good job. He is someone we trust. When we called Apollo we explained that we were not going to be home as we had an engagement that we could not cancel. We were leaving a door unlocked so Kyle could enter our home. We received a call from Apollo asking permission to send someone else. We were reluctant to give anyone else access to our home in our absence. The Apollo representative was extremely sensitive to our situation and assured us Kyle would be providing our servicer. Kyle arrived diagnosed the problem, called my husband, left a message and the air conditioning was repaired. My husband and I want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire Apollo team.

In August of 2021 I had plumbing issues in the cellar, replaced an old sink with a new one, by Colin. Was very pleased with the complete installation. Today 4/8/22 There was water coming from the pipe below the sink. Called Appolo And they sent a service man Tom. The pipe under the sink and the cellar was loose and he tightened it put water in the sink to make sure it wasn’t leaking. The service was covered under the warranty. Was very pleased with his professional manner in which he handled the issue. And explained various things to me and respect to the work that had been done. I would recommend Colin and Tom to anyone that needs plumbing assistance. Because of this I am giving a high rating. Thanks to them for their prompt and efficient service.

Technician was friendly and very professional. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained the services to be provided during his service.

Had them install a pre-purchased faucet in our bathroom. Also had them look at a new shower faucet mechanism install. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. They came 2 days after I called. Other plumbers haven't even returned calls. Appolo charges a $105 service call that is applied to your bill if you use them to do the job. They are a bit pricey over "handymen" but this was a real plumber and they were fast and knowledgeable.
