Appolo Heating

The technician was very knowledgeable about the workings of the system….However I was told I would receive a phone call 1/2 hour before the arrival of the technician. That was not the case. He showed up and I was just getting out of the shower. Had to answer the door in a robe! He came for maintenance of the heating system and of course found 3 things wrong that he said would ruin the motor if not fixed and the system was 13 years old and not manufactured anymore and finding parts was very difficult so I should replace it. But then recommended that the AC is the same age and will fail soon so getting a whole replacement system that all works together was the best idea and that they had kinds of rebates and credits. After talking to other contractors tile people, they told me the price they quoted was robbery! After researching, it was definitely that! I am sorry but I will not be using them again.

Very thorough service- I used to service my older heating systems. I would not even think of doing the same on the new high tech systems. Appollo has done great on both heating and A/C maintenance.

Had to use this service for a very expensive repair in the summer for a problem caused by a different co. Service tech was Kyle .
Today we needed a service for our heating system , after hours , of course , same tech
Kyle . Can’t say enough good things about him but when you don’t have heat when it’s 30 degrees out and the bill is 450$, it’s a little unsettling .
We are fortunate that we can pay the bill but I think in situations like this the labor charge should not be so high.
Kyle is great .

Our furnace was only blowing cold air, Gregg from Appolo was able to get it back and running quickly. There was a faulty valve that needed to be replaced. He took the time to check each of my zones as well as explained to us what the issues were. He really went above and beyond for us. We would really recommend Appolo Heating.
