I have an oil burner in my own home and two old gas "beasts" at a rental unit. John B. took care of all three units and was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I feel comfortable that the heating at my rentals and my own home are in good hands.

Unit installed by them in 2016. Serviced by them every year (Most recently June). System has broken down 3 times this year, 2 times they checked it. Still under warranty was told I would have to pay for labor and parts. What's the warranty for? I'd suggest using someone else for your HVAC needs.

Absolutely horrible experience. 2 cancellations back to back at the last minute due to them being "under staffed". Waited 2 months to get maintenance appointment in the first place. Got a confirmation reminder call the night before scheduled service followed by a cancellation call AT THE TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! I took the day off work for this! I WILL NOT HAVE THEM STEP FOOT IN MY HOUSE NOW!!

I called to get a quote on a new system and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she was annoyed I was calling and interrupting her precious time. Honestly that says a lot about a company.... I didn’t end up going with the company.

Great experience, John was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with Mohawk and I would recommend to anybody.

Great people to do business with! Employees are very polite, there service is outstanding and prices are fair. If i'm ever in need of service they will be my first call.
