Grasshopper Heating & Cooling

We called Grasshopper at 8 am yesterday because our AC had stopped working and it was a hot day. They answered and were extremely responsive and helpful. A gentleman was at the house exactly when scheduled a few hours later and fixed the problem with a great attitude. We were so pleased and impressed with everything about our interactions that we accepted their offer for a deal on a membership service and hope that we can continue to receive great service in the future.

I went to Lowe’s first. Mistake. They showed up ready to sell me a system but not fix my problem to hold me till the new system would be ready. Would have taken weeks to get the new system in and then weeks to install. Neighbors recommend Grasshopper. I suffered a heat stroke a few years ago that made me very heat intolerant. On a hot Saturday afternoon I could not take it anymore. I called grasshopper. She had a guy named Alex call me back. What ever this guy is getting paid give him a major raise. He was at his daughters baseball game and left to come help me. He fixed my system to hold me till they could put my new one in. He priced out the exact system I wanted without trying to sell me nonsense. Best of all by the time he left I had a working AC and a new system being installed. 3 days later. For some AC may just be a creature comfort but for me it’s a medical necessity and they treated it as such. By the way I hear he has the best hair in the office. I can’t recommend these people enough. Before you make the mistakes I did call Grasshopper. I am sure all of them are great but if Alex is available ask for him. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Alex and Grasshopper for bringing back customer service and actually caring about your customers.

Completely obvious why they have 850+ 5-star reviews. These guys have customer service figured out. Had a hiccup with scheduling on one of the hotter days of summer as a new customer and the dispatcher gave me a list of options and replied to my call almost immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the visit from the tech, the scheduler who called me, or the value for their membership when explained to me what’s included.

T-Bone serviced my house this morning and couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. His demeanor was top notch and his professionalism truly encompasses what I expect from Grasshopper HVAC. He was very thorough with his explanations and made it very easy for me to understand what services I may want to think about in the future. Highly recommend Grasshopper Heating & Cooling to anyone. Very professional, prompt and responsive. After 15 years our AC unit needed replacement. Got a great price and the work performed was outstanding. The install technicians, Aaron and Jared are very good.and represents the firm extremely well.

Thank you so much for the excellent water evaluation and solution in my home. I was shocked to see what was in my water. The system you installed is perfect for my family. The water is so much more satisfying. Our food tastes better. Our hair and skin are so much healthier. My boys only want to drink the filtered water now all the time. As a single parent, I know I can't protect them from everything, but I rest assured that they will be protected from all the unseen in our municipal water. I contacted grasshopper to have my AC installed. Everyone was very informative and professional. Explained everything from beginning to end. Connor, Anthony, Ryan and Christina were all very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this company. Very reliable and they keep you up to date on everything. 5 stars!! Completely satisfied.

Grasshopper has amazing customer service and excellent technicians. Christian (and every other technician I’ve met) are professional and courteous, always taking the time to ensure that all questions are answered and the customer has a full understanding of every aspect of the service that was provided.

Matt was positive, pleasant and knowledgeable. We feel he did a great job and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. We will request him the next time we call and we highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with Grasshopper Heating and Cooling. Kristen was our project manager and she was awesome explaining the type of heating system I had and what I would need to replace my system, she gave me multiple quotes with different options for me to think about. Kristen even extended the discount period on the acceptance of the quote so I could discuss with my wife. I can't say enough how professional she was throughout the process.
On the day of the installation we had Anthony and Scott who were on time, worked hard all day and maintained their professionalism and calm all day installing a new boiler system in a hot small room. During the installation Anthony did a spot check on our hot water tank and noticed a crack that was forming, I had noticed some water leakage but hoped it was from the furnace. Anthony diagnosed it was from the hot water tank, offered us a discount if we did it that day, it was 3pm when they found the crack, and they were still able to complete the job that day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed. The customer service at Grasshopper is second to none and these days that is worth its weight in gold!!!
