Grasshopper Heating & Cooling

I hired Grasshopper to install a high efficiency combi-boiler in my house. From the time I contacted them to schedule it until the job was complete, they were responsive, professional and friendly. The company is truly a pleasure to work with. Dylan, Scott and Jarrod were the installers, and they were excellent! I was working from home both days of the installation and I never felt like my day was being disrupted. They worked fast, they did a great job, and they kept checking to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the service. And when they were done, they took the time to give me a thorough walk-through of my new system. And they did it all, always with a smile on their faces. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I used Grasshopper heating and cooling to install a heating and air conditioning system in my home. Tyler and John arrived promptly and started work immediately. Throughout the process they informed me of what they were doing and their progress. They did not take a lunch or dinner break and stayed until 8 pm to get the job done, which was so appreciated. They were friendly, willing to answer any questions or explain anything to me. When they were done, they went over everything in detail that they had done and gave me direction on how to use the new system. They went above and beyond putting in a new outlet, making pieces that would fit the system, and changing anything they thought would be dangerous, or just make everything run more efficiently. They were organized, neat, cleaned up after they were done and were the utmost professionals. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company. Not only did they give me the best price and package, but their staff, especially these two guys were amazing. Shout out to Connor, the salesperson who came to my home immediately to give me all the information I needed. He was knowledgeable, fair and worked with me to obtain the best deal I could get. Thanks Grasshopper for everything.

Finally, after a few different company's and technicians it was refreshing to get a person who knew what he was taking about. Alex fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time time at a fair price. Found several other problems left by other service people and quickly fixed them. He set up a maintenance plan to keep our systems healthy. Overall, very satisfied with Alex and Grasshopper. Would recommend their service.

Very happy with the last 2 years worth of routine maintenance that I have received. Christian came out yesterday for the yearly AC check up and took the time to show me what he was doing, some before and after photos, and walked me through some common problems they see with AC units.
I don't have any doubt that Grasshopper will be able to solve any major service issues and recommend them entirely.

Dylan and Ryan did an outstanding job. They were very polite and neat during the whole process. This guy worked hard all day.

Only one small issue, that wasn’t Ryan or Dylan fault.
My appointment was scheduled between 8 am-9am. I called the office around 9:25 AM to check on arrival.
Dylan called me and said that would arrive in about 45 minutes.
Dylan apologize for being late and told me that they had a schedule training this morning and my appointment should have been schedule for after 10 am.
Today 12/28/22 we had a new furnace installed. This included a new air filter and air scrubber too.
Rob and Paul were here at 8:30 until 4:00.
It was very professional job again.
We received a furnace check up on our 22 years furnace. Matt was very professional and explained the issues with our old furnace.
Matt gave us a few choice and worked with us with the pricing since we just updated our A/C.

Rob and Paul was outstanding. They kept me updated in the process. They both worked hard and cleaned up when finished. They went over what they did and update me with what I need to do to keep this new York furnace running smoothly.
We are very happy with the Grasshoppers.

This positivity starts from the moment you call to discuss your needs and schedule a consultation (thank you, Jeff and Christina). They send emails with photos to introduce consultants and technicians who will come to your home.
We needed a new water heater and appreciate the time and attention Connor and Chris gave to talking with us about our options and also presenting the Halo Water Systems options. We were not intending to replace our old Culligan system, but after talking about it further with Anthony, our technician, and looking at the inner workings of everything as it was dismantled to install our water heater, we decided on the Halo H2Zero. Instant, huge difference with super high quality, healthy water throughout our home; great tasting water you can drink from your own faucet (what a concept!), and great for your skin and hair!
Anthony has a wealth of knowledge about water and HVAC systems and together with his assistant Nick put in a long day and did an excellent job start to finish!
We have Grasshopper's Quality Assurance Representative coming tomorrow (one week later) to review. We'll look forward to seeing them and letting them know how thrilled we are with everything! We'll definitely work with Grasshopper again on future home improvements!

Service tech Christian came out to my home to fix a central air unit. He was actually on time. Very thorough inspection to make sure everything was working properly, not just the one issue I was having. Fantastic company and very reasonably priced. I will no doubt use Grasshopper for any heating/cooling issues in the future.

Christian was great to work with. He listened to where I had issues and addressed them all. We had grasshopper install a new furnace and AC. From the beginning, they were very accommodating to what we needed, their technicians and installers were very professional and they did a great job of communicating from a notification of them being on their way to status of the job. Would highly recommend!

John and Alex who came out to do the install were very professional and answered all our questions (which we had many). They put in a long day and got the job done before an upcoming heatwave and right before the holiday weekend. The other Alex who came out to check our system was also excellent. He explained our problem in a way we could understand
and helped get us set up for a new system right away! We called the office a few times as well and spoke with Dotty and our questions/concerns were addressed in an understanding manor.

Christian did a very good job explaining everything in a way that made sense. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Overall he helped make our problem feel more manageable and had us back in working order pretty quickly. Highly recommend, thank you!
