This is a great company! Christian showed up in the promised window. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was able to get my broken unit back in working condition the same day! I highly recommend them :)

Matt was very knowledgeable with my oil burner furnace. He answered my questions and explained what I had to do to get my furnace running as it should be. I would recommend Grasshopper heating to anyone who is having issues with theirs. He even put booties ( slip on ) over his boots. I would rate Matt a 5 star !I called Grasshopper heating again for another issue with another boiler. They quoted me a price of approximately $ 2430.00 for Boiler Restoration Kit Level 2. I hired them to diagnose why I had hot water coming out of my pressure relief valve. They did not tell me what actually was causing the issue I called them about. So my $ 129.00 diagnostic charge did not give me the answer as to why the boiler was pushing out the hot water. The next day I changed the ( pressure regulator valve ) and problem solved. I can't believe that they were going to charge me $ 2430 dollars for a $ 70 dollar part. People always get a second opinion I have lost all good faith in all contractors. That furnace is running great without a Restoration level 2.

The tech that came in was knowledge and kind; but the estimate I was given to replace my unit was completely OUTRAGEOUS. They gave an estimate of 13 thousand. What turned me off from using them was when they said "'if you sign this now, we can do it tomorrow but if not, we're all booked out for 3 weeks". I had another person come for an estimate the next day. It was 4,500. An almost 10 thousand dollar difference. Pretty disgusted that they felt they could try to charge me for that amount.

I was impressed with the initial consultation. I felt like of all the people I spoke with, not only was Grasshopper the most informative and thorough, they were also the best price. Between the scheduling and installation I received a few phone calls and the staff was always pleasant, helpfull, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed what they do. Day of installation was a breeze. I barely notice they were here and as with the consultation, they made sure any and all questions were answered and that I was happy with the service. I will absolutely recommend Grasshopper in the future.

Our old hot water tank was leaking, I reached out to Grasshopper and they set up an appointment the same day I called with Matt for a diagnosis. He was really informative, we ended up getting a tankless hot water system. A few days later Anthony and Ryan came to install the system. After the installation Anthony explained in details how the system works and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with them. They ran the furnace/AC before they left to make sure everything was working. Everything was nicely clean up before they left.

Alex was very professional and straightforward on issues that caught up with us after 20 years of current system. Aaron and Paul added to my ongoing excellent experience with Grasshopper! First class professional install. Very knowledgeable and respectful to our home. Will recommend Grasshopper and this trio to anyone looking for HVAC upgrades or installation.

Tyler was on time and walked me through every step of the process and diagnosis. We discussed options in details and he shared the offerings of grasshopper.

First experience with Grasshopper heating. & cooling. Two words blown away. Starting with the service tech Matt Carr is a professional, knowledgeable he presented himself and the company he represents like none other. If Matt is an example of the kind of customer service taught at grasshopper, then I would suggest other companies to take lessons .
Matt offered in great detail all that is needed to correct our issues. He answered all of our questions to our full satisfaction. The service was prompt, and when promissed. We couldn't be happier with the entire team at Grasshopper from sales and service to administration folks all very eager to please and all met every commitment promised. Nick and T-Bone came out to maintain our HVAC system. They were on-time, very courteous, and did a nice job explaining what they were going to do. They offered several options for continued maintenance and possible upgrades. They were not pushy at all and listened to all of my questions. I highly recommend these guys.

We are beyond pleased with the polite, professional and timely service we received from all of the people we contacted at Grasshopper Heating and Cooling. Every person we spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful working through the steps of deciding how to proceed with our non-working boiler in the midst of our January winter. Matt took the time to thoroughly explain every option available to us, and helped to expedite the timing of the installation process so we would not be without heat. Ryan and Dylan worked hard to complete our job in one day, Their work was neat and their clean-up impeccable. They were polite and uncomplaining about doing a complicated job in a 200 year old dirt floor cellar which had its own challenges. In the end, they explained all of the features of our new system to us, and made sure we were comfortable with the essentials before they left. The receptionist was always cheerful and understanding of our situation, making sure that we got the help we needed in a remarkably short time. The gentleman who came to install our new electronic smart thermostat, Alex, was pleasant and efficient, and had us up to speed in no time.
