I was impressed from beginning to end of this process. Each of the workers were polite and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - the yard outside was muddy and you would never know they were trecking back and forth to the basement for the air con unit. Sales guy Nick P was understanding when I decided to get a few more quotes, was not pushy at all, and Robert Cody PJ and Luke were great, they worked together well, efficiently and they got both my furnace and air conditioning units replaced in one day. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Transparency behind testing the system, pointing out any issues and recommendations we’re up front and I never felt pressured into paying for a service or material. I used grasshopper before for an hvac Maintence, this time I called them months ago about a new install . They guided me to a mini split system because I wanted something super easy to install on my new house and something modern looking . I am impressed with nick and Aaron on their knowledge and info . The Samsung unit I got is so powerful and I can control it from my phone remotely . The install was amazing and everything looks better than I expected . I’m so happy I went with them and my install I couldn’t have asked for anything more . They cleaned up everything they brought with them and tested and inspected everything and made me feel great about my decision . Best hvac experience I’ve ever had thank you grasshopper for another awesome experience .
