I have been extremely happy with the quality of service, workmanship, and professionalism of Grasshopper Heating and Cooling.
I want to particularly recognize and thank Matt who started it all by responding to our service call and did an outstanding job and advised us on our options to deal with a system that was in its last leg.
When we decided to upgrade our AC and furnace combo, John and Jared were the technicians who came to our house and performed the amazing work you can see in the pictures showing the AC unit before and after. Note the entry point of the piping in the house before vs after and the pedestal they put below the AC unit.
The inside work was as outstanding as the work outside.
I also want to thank Christina, who reached out and helped us navigate the Rebates process and who wanted to make sure we had someone to reach out to if we had any questions.

I wholeheartedly recommend Grasshopper for anyone needing work done or service on their HVAC system. They are professional and offer financing options too.

When our central air started acting up we called Grasshopper to see if they could come take a look. Tech Christian came and thoroughly and professionally explained his findings. We knew it was an older model and we had to replace it. Christian also took a look over the furnace, and there were grave issues to the point it would likely break down this coming winter. Christian was never pushy to try and make a sale. He showed us the physical issues proving this was necessary for us to get it all done.Christian was wonderful, stayed right through helping with the financing process which didn’t take long, and 2 days later, tech John C. and company showed up promptly as promised and did an excellent job completing it in one day! He and his techs were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. The a/c was set up looking aesthetically pleasing as shown in the photos. I can’t thank these fine young men for taking good care of our install from beginning to the end! I wholeheartedly highly recommend the Grasshopper company for your HVAC needs!

Kevin, Aaron, Tessa, Amanda, and colleagues did an amazing job with installation, scheduling, and making sure I had everything I needed. The Grasshopper employees have an amazing work ethic, which is now so hard to find in a post covid world where no one wants to work. The Navien hybrid system that was installed in amazing and quiet. The Navien system also opened up my square footage to knock down a wall and add a bigger bathroom at a later time. My new baseboard covers look amazing. Thank you so much for helping my family and myself get through some tough homeowner situations with renovations. I would completely recommend this outfit to anyone needing HVAC services. Their trucks and vans are pretty cool looking too.

Great experience and I highly recommend. Call staff was courteous, informative and very responsive. We’re able to schedule something next morning at normal rates. Nick came out the next morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained every step in the diagnostic process. Nick then explained multiple options, what each option would entail and the cost. A wonderful individual that made this process easy and put my mind at ease. Thank you Nick!!!

Christian called prior to his arrival and i received and email and text with a picture and short bio. He arrived when he said he would with a front door floor mat, a smile, an introduction, and a handshake. We started the process not with the AC issue at hand but about our dogs as we both have yellow labs and pics were shared. From that point on I knew this was going to be a good experience. His knowledge and professionalism was reassuring and he explained everything he was doing and outcomes of the repairs along with recommendations going forward. I chose Grasshopper based on a chance meeting with a sales manager at a local food establishment along with their unique commercial ads. I definitely made the right choice and now a service contract holder and a new coffee to try.

The professionals at Grasshopper did a fantastic one-day install of a combi unit for both heat and domestic hot water. From the moment they arrive, introduce themselves, put covers over their boots and then cover the floor from the entrance to the furnace location, they are showing respect for my home…and their cleanup was impeccable.
These guys know their HVAC equipment and come prepared with every piece they need to finish the job without having to run back to the shop.
Highly recommended company with top notch HVAC talent and a back-office crew including Kara Brunk that keeps it on the tracks.

Christian was super helpful and identified the root cause of our heating issues within minutes. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explained to us everything he was checking as he was working and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. We could not be happier with our experience. As an added bonus, he likes cats and didn't mind at all that my kitten was being nosey while he worked on our system. Definitely call Grasshopper if you're having issues with heating/ac. They are extremely thorough and make sure that everything is running smoothly & safely so you won't run into more issues anytime soon.

On the coldest day of the year my furnace died grasshopper came and installed a new furnace. Very professional and experienced. Alex coller came in a few days later to follow up on my system. What a guy. Made my life so easy. Was fun and knowledgeable. Amanda he deserves a raise

Vince, Ryan, and Paul were all fantastic, had to have our boiler replaced Vince was able to give us a great quote and able to answer all our questions and walk us through the process as first time home owners. Ryan and Paul installed our new boiler and were professional and made sure it was done right from start to finish. After the system was installed they went through and showed how everything runs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Tyler (aka T-Bone!) was amazing, kind, very informative, and it was a pleasure to have him here to do the maintenance on my central a/c. He showed me everything that he did to my a/c to clean out the system with photos he took each step of the way. I recommend Grasshopper to everyone I know who asks because they are thorough with the work they do and are very knowledgeable, respectful & never pushy. Thanks so much Tyler & Grasshopper!
