Christian came out for yearly service on my furnace and was spectacular. Super informative and taught me a ton about my system that I never knew. He caught and was able to fix a couple items that may have become bigger issues down the road and gave me a couple suggestions moving forward to prevent future problems. Overall awesome experience.

Edit: 6/27/2023 Just wanted to give a shoutout to Matt Carr. Came out for a yearly AC service. Was super informative and did top notch work. Showed me all the relevant parts of my AC, gave me some tips to keep the condenser clean. Crazy positive and excellent sense of humor. Thank you!

Ron from Grasshopper H&C provided a no-cost full inspection of our AC issue and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was genuine, provided multiple options for us, and was incredibly professional. I would happily recommend Grasshopper to a family member or friend.

My original review was a 1. There was a scheduling miscommunication. This company went above and beyond to make everything right. Like I said we had a rough start. But they made up for it. I received a phone call from the VP and she was outstanding. She had us on the schedule the next day. We met Alex and Kevin. Kevin was the first technician out of 10 companies to suggest putting our mini split under our car port. He also made several suggestions inside. Then we had Tyler and Jake for the install. Absolutely amazing. They brought me coffee and asked me all day if I needed anything. Just outstanding. Above and beyond. A+++++ for customer service. Highly recommend. I will definitely do business with Grasshopper.

They installed a mini split and also removed older units. From beginning to end, everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. Everything flowed easily in terms of making appointments and executing it all in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

We signed up for the Annual Maintenance contract with Grasshopper Heating and Cooling during the Home Show. Matt came last fall and did the furnace and Tyler "T-bone" took care of the AC yesterday I am impressed with thier knowledge and professional work but enjoy the personal interaction. Techs are quick to chat and make recommendations without a pressure sale. T-bone removed the sweater of Cottonwood built up on our AC unit and gave me pointers for future DIY maintenance. Solid company doing great work.

A/C needed to be checked. Was running long time before temp came down. Alex Coller checked multiple things for any issues. He explained each one and what he found. We felt confident with his expertise and conclusions. He was timely arriving and did not rush through what he was doing, even when it was a late evening appointment.

Grasshopper was awesome to us. Our furnace stopped working on a very cold Saturday. Nick came right out to repair. But our furnace could not be repaired. On Sunday, Aaron and Cody spent the whole day putting in a new furnace. They were very professional and have an amazing work ethic. The next day, Aaron and Jared came to install the AC unit. Again very professional and amazing work ethic. It’s a great team. Christina then called to ask about our install. Very professional company, I would 100% recommend.

Such an excellent company. My husband and I had a heater and air conditioner installed last year. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and both were installed without issue. Today, a water heater is being installed and the furnace is being cleaned. Christian, Marquise, and Tyler are wonderful! All are extremely professional and kind. One of the guys was on his way out to the truck when I received a delivery of groceries. Instead of leaving them outside, he brought them in and lined them up in the entryway and then when he noticed I had frozens, brought them upstairs to me. I really appreciate that... talk about going the extra mile. This is what comes from a business that cares enough to hire the best people. I highly recommend Grasshopper Heating & Cooling and will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Last Saturday was horrible for me; my old boiler started to leak and flooded my basement, I called many famous heating companies I knew before, but honestly, they didnt talk about how to resolve the problem. It seemed like they just wanted to know how much they could get money from me because it was an emergency. then my son gave me the thumbtack app to look at one of the heating system companies, I saw the rating, and I chose the grasshopper. I was lucky; the customer service was friendly, kind, and professional. They gave me a fast appointment on time. Also, they sent me the best technician guy, very professional and honest. His name is Nick Patrizio, and he explained every single detail also, pricing all the options, what I should do, and what the best option to be on the safe side to choose; also he tried his best to make the price down by calling his manager.

Great experience with Grasshopper Heating & Cooling today!!!! Two guys- Connor and Brian came out to give us a quote on replacing our boiler with a furnace and taking out the baseboard heat! They were absolutely amazing! AND my son‘s bus driver came to pick him up for kindergarten while their trucks were out front and she said “hey, these guys just put in a unit for me aren’t they awesome?” Something special about this group! - make sure to call them if you have any heating/ cooling needs!💥
