I really appreciate how quickly Go Grasshopper responded to my water heater situation. Matt took time to educate me on so many aspects of the process I now feel better equipped to prevent a situation like this from happening again. They are definitely worth the money in service quality and time!
Cooper was excellent explaining our options in purchasing a new AC unit. John and his partner were phenomenal when installing the unit and kept me updated throughout the process. Seamless and done in a day very professional, neat and clean.
Our service tech, Christian, was excellent! It would have been very easy for him to show up, do the work, and leave, but he truly went the extra mile. He kept us updated on his progress throughout the service, explained what he was seeing in a way that was clear, and took the time afterward to thoroughly go over our options so that we would feel confident in our next steps. We never felt pushed into a solution. When we made the initial call to the office to schedule a service, the person behind the phone (I didn't catch her name!) was friendly and walked us through the process of getting something on the calendar. We are so grateful that we made the call to Grasshopper, and will absolutely be looking to them the next time we need help!
AC went out on a Saturday as we were preparing for a Graduation party on Sunday. I called Grasshopper heating and cooling at 1:00 on a Saturday and they came same day and fixed the issue. The tech was very responsive and professional. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

First class service all around from our call to customer service, squeezing us in day off, moving up our appointment to the professionalism from our technician Nick. He was so wonderful that we signed a two year service agreement and will request him to come back to service our furnace in the fall. Make the change and switch to Grasshopper like we did, you won’t be disappointed!!
I can't say enough good things about Grasshopper Heating & Cooling. From the very first service call, to the installation of my new high- efficiency combi boiler unit, the people who work here are second to none.
My experience with Grasshopper started when my boiler, which was approaching 50 years of age, stopped running. Nick and Matt stopped by within 24 hours of my initial call and diagnosed the problem to be in the ignition system. They proceeded to give me a thorough itemized repair estimate as well as two replacement option estimates. Long story short, my wife and I opted to replace the nearly 5 decade old system with a new high efficiency combination boiler/hot water heater. While we were waiting for the new boiler to arrive, the Grasshopper team proceeded to order and install a new mercury switch at no cost to us, in hopes that the old boiler would continue to run in the interim until our new boiler arrived.
My outstanding experience with Grasshopper continued when I met the boiler installation team; Kevin, Scott, and Tom. All three of whom are incredibly knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and made sure that all of my concerns and questions were answered. The quality workmanship and neatness of the final product definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition to the quality work that they did, all three made sure to give me periodic updates on how the job was progressing. At the end of the installation, which by the way, was a full day ahead of schedule, the team took me through the various components of my new system and answered all of my operating and maintenance questions.
Once again, I cannot say enough good about the people at Grasshopper. They were courteous, informative, and respectful of me and my home. As an aside, all of the technicians that came to my home made sure to practice COVID-19 safety precautions.

Nick and Tyler came out and were true professionals and good guys. They explained everything to me as best as they could and provided all photos that were taken so I could have them for future reference if needed. I highly recommend them and will see them again in the fall.
